Conti ist das jüngste von vier Kindern. Seine Brüder Adam und Jordan Conti sind ebenfalls Schauspieler. Conti wurde durch die Rolle des Kenneth Murtaugh in dem Spielfilm Im Dutzend billiger 2 – Zwei Väter drehen durch bekannt.
